Women know they need exercise, but who has the time? Balancing a career, a family and everything in between often causes women's personal needs to take a back seat to other concerns. There are numerous reasons why women need to include exercise into their daily routines. Of course, there is the obvious benefit of shaping a slimmer body but did you know that exercise for women has also been proven to alleviate depression, help prevent colon cancer and boost your immune system? But there is down side, regaining the fat after diets with out the use of exercise happens most of the time.Of course there are people who may have limitations to what exercise they can do. ie, I had a client who was resticted to a wheel chair. This made exercise dificult as first. He used the diet to start him off and then added exercise later. He lost weight. For able-bodied people, dieting is the WORST way to lose weight.
