Forty is a sensitive age. Women over 40 enter the menopausal stage. This is the stage when some women develop emotional issues because of the belief that old age is fast approaching during this stage. This is not necessarily true. In fact, there is a saying, life starts at 40.Women over 40 should also take care of their health.Here are some tips:Have a regular visit with your physician and your gynecologist.
